Meet Rachell Morris
Rachell Morris is the Head of HR for TED Conferences, and Executive Chair for TED@Work, TED’s workplace learning and engagement solution. Rachell joined TED in 2018 as a member of the executive leadership group, responsible for all aspects of the people function to include shaping an inclusive, high performance culture, leading HR strategy and talent transformation in support of TED’s mission.
With 15+ years of leadership experience, Rachell brings expertise in Manager Coaching, Culture, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, Employer Sponsored Immigration, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Benefits Administration and Employee Relations.
